We get inspired by cut outs from professional art prints as reference pictures. We express our reference as One-Line drawings following the Felt Sense. What emerges from this is fresh, unique and alive. We expand our art into layers of multiple meaning

Your Inner Artist's sibling is the Inner Critic. He/she is dwelling elsewhere than in your head. Blocking and playing unfair this part wants to be heard. Expressive Arts Focusing enhances the inner dialog. Releasing body-based artwork makes both parts collaborate

Drawing Nature from the Body Sense | Webinar

We start with mindfulness based perception and Tree-Breathing. Relating to the plant world will nourish your flow.
No right nor wrong will guide you here but your own environmental body sense. Go outside, pick pieces from nature and water them. Keep pencil and paper at hand and give it a try. To start with you can orientate to Natural Illustration templates or make nature doodles. You will get PDF templates for downloading

Empower yourself by following the Bauhaus founders. Use lines, strokes and dots for action oriented meditation practice.
We start with a breathing exercise. We then put marks onto the paper following the ryhtm of our breath. We develop our composition by placing various signs and forms in slow draw. Contemplative writing is a supplementary tool to keep you in focus

SAFE Felt Art Journaling | Webinar

We are going to do a SAFE guided art journaling practice crossing Focusing and Messy Art Journaling activities
We prepare our page through a sensory based technique of Cosmic Smash Booking® (an easy to learn form of healing art journaling created by Kate Galler), crumpling the paper before touching any brush
We then practice Clearing a Space (first step of Focusing) and smash our bodily feelings artistically onto the page to build a ground where we unleash our inner artist, encounter our embodied self, and process difficult feelings
You will get a Felt Art Journaling SAFE activity guide to encompass your practice
No artistic skills required. Focusing experience is helpful
